Everything you might ask
Straight answers on booking, pricing, and what a mobile detail actually involves. Still stuck? Call us. A real person picks up.
Booking & how it works
Do you really come to me?
Yes, we're fully mobile. We bring all our own tools and products to your home, office, or wherever the car is parked. For any exterior wash or detail, we do need access to a working water spigot and a power outlet at your location. Interior-only services need neither. You don't have to be there the whole time once we have access.
How do I book a detail?
Booking takes about 60 seconds online: pick a service, drop your address, and choose a time. You can also call us if you would rather talk it through. You get a confirmation and a text when the crew is on the way.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up first, so a few days out is ideal. That said, we often have same-week openings. Check the live availability when you book and grab the next slot that works.
What do you need from me on the day?
Access to the car, a spot to park next to it, and for any exterior service a working outdoor water spigot and a power outlet we can reach. Both are required for exterior washes and details. Interior-only services do not need water or power, just access to the car.
Pricing & payment
How much does a detail cost?
Every service has flat, upfront pricing. Express Wash starts at $39 and a Full Detail is $149. The price you see when you book is the price you pay; no surprise add-ons after the fact.
Why is pricing flat instead of per-car?
Flat pricing means you know the number before we show up. If a car is unusually rough and needs more than the package covers, we tell you the add-on cost first and you decide. We never tack on charges without asking.
How do I pay, and should I tip?
We take card and most digital payments after the job is done and you have seen the result. Tips are never expected, but the crew always appreciates one for going the extra mile.
The detail itself
How long does a detail take?
An Express Wash runs about 60 minutes; an Interior Reset around 2 hours; a Full Detail about 3; a Ceramic Coat about 4. We do not pack up until it actually looks right.
Can you get pet hair and stains out of the seats?
Most of the time, yes. Steam, extraction, and the right tools pull out pet hair, spills, and ground-in dirt that a vacuum alone leaves behind. Deep stains we will give you an honest read on before we start.
What's the difference between a wax and a ceramic coating?
A wax adds gloss and protection for a few weeks. A ceramic coating chemically bonds to the paint and protects it for months against UV, water spots, and light swirls. We will tell you which one your car actually needs.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather turns on your appointment, we'll reach out and reschedule to the next good window at no charge. A fresh detail deserves better than a rainstorm an hour later.
Service area
What areas do you serve?
We cover Cincinnati and the surrounding neighborhoods and suburbs. Check the Service Area page for your city. If you do not see it listed, reach out, because we are always expanding the route.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee inside our core service area. For jobs well outside the usual route we will let you know before you book, never as a surprise.
Didn't find it?
Book in 60 seconds, or give us a call and we'll sort it out.
